Reliable and Trustworthy! A wonderful roofing company with several years of experience!

All I can say, is this company, and its employees are outstanding. When I say, outstanding, I don’t take that word lightly. They went above and beyond to help us after the recent catastrophic hailstorm. Michael and Matthew were here almost every single day somewhere on the street, easy to get in touch with, kind and courteous. I will hire them from now on for any exterior projects that we may have. Thank you to the team and keep up the great work.

Very quick and reliable service. Highly recommend for all roofing needs! A heavy rainstorm in Kyle,TX led to a leak in our living room. Freetail came out the next day and repaired the leak! We will be using them for any future roof needs!

I had some shingles come off my roof and had someone come fix it. Bad idea! As the person who fixed it did a terrible job and charged me $250. I reached out to Freetail Roofing and the owner fixed more than I asked for at material cost! He re-did all the bad work and made sure the shingles would not blow off. I will be using Freetail for a full roof replacement when ready. I cannot recommend this company enough. Good, honest business is not always easy to come by.

I can’t recommend Freetail roofing enough. They just put our second roof on our house and they did an amazing job. They are very communicative throughout the whole process. They sent someone out right away to look at the roof and talk with our insurance. The insurance adjuster was late and they waited patiently for them to show up so they could go over everything with them and then again with me. They provided pictures and worked with insurance on replacement costs. They came out to replace the roof and started at about 7am and were done by 4. They worked extremely efficiently and did an amazing and thorough job. I will call them for every roof I ever need. I recommended them to my neighbors down the street and they had a very similar experience. Choose them and you won’t be sorry.

I have used Matt Melchor from freetail roofing twice now for 2 different issues and both times he has exceeded expectations. He was able to come out next day after contacting him and assessed damage even with hail storms just the day before (and I know that’s a busy time for roofing businesses.) He kept me updated during the whole process even sending me before and after pictures while I was at work so I could know the job was getting done right. I feel that Matt is one of the most trustworthy people I have ever met and I will only use Matt for any future repairs needed.

Where do I even begin? I woke up last night during a crazy thunderstorm to find a small drip dropping into my kitchen, so that's a horrifying moment. Even w my insurance I'd still have to pay close to 10k out of pocket. So I call Freetail Roofing first thing this morning at 802am. They send out Matthew and talk about professional. I was already set that I'd probably need a new roof. Matt came out and found a nail sticking out right where the leak was coming from, I'll be damned. He then patched it with some high speed patch and gave me a bunch of screws and caulk with the advice that I should wait for it to dry before patching up the other spots of concern. This company could've easily taken me for $15k. Instead, they did the right thing. I'm a disabled vet living on fixed income so saving me money is no small thing to me. I look forward to working w this company in the future thanks to guys like Matt. Seriously, thank you Matt.

Freetail Roofing provided an amazing experience to get our house back on track on a timely manner after the hailstorm. From the General Manager to every team member, they were very professional, flexible and skilled. These guys are awesome. After a round of hail storms I had a slew of calls for roofing inspections. My wife had someone come out and they claimed that we needed a new roof. I was skeptical and wanted a second opinion. I'm so glad that I called Freetail. They got me on the schedule quickly. Matthew was great. He confirmed that while the roof was older, it did not need to be replaced yet. He did find a few small holes and he caulked them. For free. Do not hesitate to give these guys a call if you need an honest estimate.

These guys know roofs. I had a multi problem flat roof that had sags where rain water would pool causing leaks and eventual structure damage. I had two roofing contractors refer me to Michael "He's the only roofer in town with the expertise to solve your problem". He and Travis came out the next day and spent an hour inspecting my roof then another hour plus with me explaining the problems, solution & patiently answering all my questions in terms I understood. The next day Travis emailed me 2 itemized proposals, pricing and warranties for my flat roof home and a composition shingle roof for the guest house. The crew was prompt, professional, knowledgeable, accessible and very accommodating. I airb&b the guest house. I'm sure it wasn't easy for them but they kindly scheduled to work around my airb&b occupancy as not to disturb guest. The crew was well organized, clean, friendly, hard working & full of positive energy. A pleasant experience from start to finish. The outcome: Three years later no more sags, pooling water or leaks. Highly recommended. My go to roofers for life.

Matthew came out to give me an estimate on soffit repairs needed on my house. He was professional and well educated on how the work needed to be done correctly. I found Freetail Roofing during a frantic 4am Google search after our roof started leaking from this recent winter storm. I left a voicemail and received two phone calls a couple hours later from a representative and then the general manager. We had a plan in place for someone to arrive that afternoon to inspect the cause of the leak and provide a temporary solution if possible (since our roof was still icy and rain was in the forecast, a new roof wasn't possible just yet). I was so impressed by how quickly they responded and how helpful, empathetic, and knowledgable everyone was. I definitely recommend Freetail Roofing and plan to use them again if necessary.

After having worked with Travis and Michael for many years doing occasional fixes on our roof we were finally able to pull the plug and get a new one. From the beginning, Travis had great communication and Michael came out and walked the roof with our adjuster as we had had hail and wind damage. Michael even came back to South Austin a week later to delivered samples so that we could choose the roof tile. We went with the upgrade that has a great warranty and when Brian and his fantastic crew showed up they were efficient and clean. The roof looks great and we very much appreciate the great service and attention to detail that we’ve come to expect. We appreciate having a relationship with a roof company that has our best interest in mind and wholeheartedly recommend Freetail Roofing.
