Travis is prompt at returning calls and made sure we were scheduled in as soon as possible and though it was not a straight forward discovery Cody used his on-site expertise to solve the mysterious leak that was coming into our closet and went the extra mile to seal off some areas he saw while repairing the main issue. Not 24 hours later, 70 mph winds and flood producing rains fell for several hours and the work Cody did prevailed! I would highly recommend Freetail Roofing.

These guys know roofs. I had a multi problem flat roof that had sags where rain water would pool causing leaks and eventual structure damage. I had two roofing contractors refer me to Michael "He's the only roofer in town with the expertise to solve your problem". He and Travis came out the next day and spent an hour inspecting my roof then another hour plus with me explaining the problems, solution & patiently answering all my questions in terms I understood. The next day Travis emailed me 2 itemized proposals, pricing and warranties for my flat roof home and a composition shingle roof for the guest house. The crew was prompt, professional, knowledgeable, accessible and very accommodating. I airb&b the guest house. I'm sure it wasn't easy for them but they kindly scheduled to work around my airb&b occupancy as not to disturb guest. The crew was well organized, clean, friendly, hard working & full of positive energy. A pleasant experience from start to finish. The outcome: Three years later no more sags, pooling water or leaks. Highly recommended. My go to roofers for life.

Had Freetail replace patio cover posts on both deck and roof and also replace gutters. Michael was extremely knowledgeable about both and his work crews were positive, showed up on time and cleaned up on a daily basis. They also did some extra work at my request with no charges. Michael spent his personal time with me on the phone when needed. I would recommend this firm to anyone!

The team at Freetail Roofing fixed parts of my roof and installed new gutters. The team communicated really well on timeline, and did very professional work. On the topic of work done - the team went above and beyond. They couldn't find the parts for the roof that I needed, so they ordered better quality parts and didn't charge me extra for it. Gutters installation was done really really well. The communication around why/where/how I should have my gutters was extremely helpful - and the team's suggestions ended up saving me quite a bit.
